She is regularly sought out by other law firms and referrers to act on sensitive matters requiring strategic judgment and discretion.

Fatimah built her insurance sector expertise as a defendant insurance lawyer and Senior Consultant at Australia’s largest TPA, working closely with insurers, brokers and commercial clients on significant claims and recovery actions. This background gives her a commercial edge and a deep understanding of risk, claims strategy and dispute resolution at scale.
